A couple of weeks ago I attempted my first all-grain brew. I was thinking that it would take on the characteristics of a red ale, but boy was I wrong. And wrong in a good way, we bottled it a little earlier than I wanted, but it turned out a really nice amber color.
So, introducing to the the world Dodd Brewing American Classic Amber ale. This will be a beer that we have in our regular rotation of brews. Crisp, with a nice malty after taste. Good stuff.
